Here is what happens if you booked onto a course, dive, or trip and you have to cancel:

Full money-back guarantee- get a complete refund (except for the diving medical fee which is payable directly to the doctor) if you decide diving is not for you by the end of your first pool session or you are unhappy with our teaching methodology.

Change of Course / Tour Starting Date

If you need to change the date for your course or tour within a week of the starting date, Elite Dive Academy reserves the right to charge a $50 fee.  If a date change less than 48 hours prior to course commencement occurs a $100 fee applies.  This is necessary so that the course or tour can still run although minimum numbers might not be reached.

Boat Dive Cancellation

If you can’t make it for a boat dive you booked onto and let us know less than 48 hours before departure 50% of the fee is refundable, if notified less than 24 hours prior to departure, no refund is applicable.  If Elite Dive Academy or the boat operator needs to cancel a dive due to insufficient bookings or weather, you will receive a full refund.
